Prices & Promotions

  1. All prices are listed in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Orders & Contract Formation

  1. By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products from Bá Cháy Snack.

  2. Once your order is received, you will get an email confirmation. This confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance.

  3. The contract between you and Bá Cháy Snack is finalized only after your payment has been processed (except for COD) and your order is dispatched.

  4. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

  • The product is unavailable,

  • We detect suspicious or fraudulent activity, or

  • Errors occurred in price or product listing.

Customer Responsibilities

  1. Ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct. We are not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect information.

  2. Handle snacks according to storage instructions (cool, dry place, sealed properly). We are not responsible for product damage caused by improper storage after delivery.

Allergy & Health Disclaimer

  1. Ingredients are listed on product packaging. It is your responsibility to check for potential allergens (e.g., chili, peanuts, dried fruits).

  2. Bá Cháy is not liable for allergic reactions or health issues arising from undisclosed sensitivities.
